Mark Bell is the Survey & Dredging Manager at Forth Ports Limited, where they oversee a skilled team in Scotland’s largest statutory port authority. With extensive experience in hydrography and a focus on major international engineering projects, Mark has worked across various marine and terrestrial environments. Their expertise includes ROV operations and the management of dredging and reclamation projects critical for infrastructure development. Mark holds a BSc Hon. in Marine Geography from Cardiff University, where they completed their degree in 2008.
