Clare Sutton

Clare Sutton is a dedicated Learning and Development Manager with extensive experience in fostering individual, team, and organizational growth. They began their career as an Assistant Personnel and Training Manager at De Vere Hotels and have held various roles in HR and training, including positions at CroMedica, Key Training Limited, and Sure Start Kettering. Currently, Clare serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Ibstock Plc, after fulfilling the same role at NRS Healthcare. They hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University and a Level 3 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector from Tresham College.
