Karen Harris

Karen Harris currently serves as the Early Career and Apprenticeship Development Manager at Ibstock PLC, a position held since November 2019, where the focus is on aligning early career programmes for talent development and progression. Previously, Karen held the role of Group Apprentice Manager at the same company, overseeing the recruitment and success of apprentice cohorts. Before joining Ibstock PLC, Karen was the Employer Responsive Team Leader at Stoke on Trent College from September 2006 to August 2019, managing apprenticeship delivery in Engineering and Manufacturing, and enhancing employer-responsive developments. Additional roles at Stoke on Trent College included Apprenticeship Quality Lead, Internal Quality Assurer & Trainer/Assessor, and Trainer/Assessor, where the emphasis was on ensuring quality and delivering apprenticeships across various disciplines.
