Andrea Kaercher

Andrea Kaercher leads Core Health® at Fortified with goals to build a strong learning and value-driven culture. As a transformational leader, Andrea is responsible for discovering and retaining top talent, as well as the strategy and execution of leadership facilitation and career development. She also works to champion the values that embody the culture and vision of Fortified. Andrea is known for her reputation as a caring, creative, outgoing, and hard worker. She’s helping lead Fortified to success with her favorite motto: “Never let your fear decide your fate.”

Prior to Fortified, Andrea worked for ten years in corporate facilitation and team building.

Outside of work, Andrea cares about the environment, being kind, and enjoying the outdoors. She serves on a volunteer board for her local YMCA residential camp, where she helps raise funds to ensure all kids can have the opportunity to experience summer camp and the great outdoors.
