Andy Greenwood

Andy Greenwood has extensive work experience in the field of technical account management and network analysis. Andy is currently the Technical Account Manager Team Lead at Fortinet Federal, where they have been working since February 2023. Previously, they worked as a Technical Account Manager at Fortinet Federal from July 2022 to February 2023. Prior to joining Fortinet, Andy worked at Windstream Communications from 2005 to 2013, where they served as a Network Analyst II - Enterprise Repair Security. Andy was responsible for managing a firewall product and providing customers with various security services. Before that, they worked at NuVox from 2003 to 2005, holding positions such as Data Translations - Hostmaster and Customer Experience Center - Tech I.

Andy Greenwood completed their high school education at Westside High School from 1996 to 2000. Andy then pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Science at Tri-County Technical College from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Andy obtained various certifications from Fortinet, including NSE 7 in 2016, NSE 5 and NSE 4 in 2015, and FCNSA in 2013.
