Aditi Dureja is a Software QA Specialist at Fortinet since April 2023, specializing in quality analysis to identify bugs and ensure product performance through API testing with Postman and Pytest. Previously, Aditi worked as an Associate Technical Support Consultant at Unify Square, managing Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, and VoIP infrastructure for Nestle. Prior experience includes serving as a Support Engineer at Microsoft, resolving technical issues related to voice, messaging, and conferencing, as well as collaborating on O365 portal functionalities. Aditi began the professional journey as an Intern at Microsoft India (R&D) Private Limited. Aditi holds a degree in Computer Systems Technology - Networking from Centennial College and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Chandigarh University.
