Alicia Kim

Alicia Kim is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in regional HR management across Asia-Pacific. Currently serving as the Regional HR Business Partner for Fortinet since March 2020, Alicia focuses on people and organization development to support strategic and operational objectives in Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and Korea. Prior to this, Alicia worked at NTT as an HR Business Partner from September 2017 to February 2020, where responsibilities included employee relations, HR policy implementation, and management of HR operations across multiple countries. Alicia also held various roles at Samsung Electronics, progressing from Business Analyst in memory marketing to SEA Regional HR Manager, gaining expertise in compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and global mobility. Alicia holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from Ewha Womans University.
