Garret-Mitchel Mendoza is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate Legal and Compliance Counsel for the Americas at Fortinet since December 2021, focusing on supporting operations in LATAM, Canada, and the U.S. Previously, Garret-Mitchel held roles such as Associate Legal Counsel and Senior Counsel at SolarJuice American, Inc., specializing in Construction, Renewable Energy, Contracts, and Corporate law, as well as serving as a Litigation Associate at Petersen-Dean, Inc. where the emphasis was on Litigation, Construction Defects, Contracts, and Corporate issues. Early in the career, Garret-Mitchel worked as a Law Clerk in the same firm and gained experience as a Pretrial Services Operations Assistant for the United States Pretrial Services in Northern California.
