Omar Campos

Omar Campos is a seasoned professional in customer success and support within the cybersecurity industry, currently serving as Vice President at Fortinet since April 2012. In this role, Omar oversees operations across Technical Assistance Centers, Professional Services, and Technical Account Management teams in Latin America and the Caribbean, leading a team of cybersecurity experts to fulfill customer satisfaction and business objectives. Previous positions include Senior Director and Director of Customer Success & Support at Fortinet, as well as significant roles at Huawei, Scitum, Cisco, TeleTech, and SITE, where Omar developed expertise in technical support, incident management, and networking. Omar holds a degree in Computer Science from Universidad del Valle de México.
