Betty Herrera

Betty Herrera, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in operations management. Since January 2015, Betty has served as a Senior Operations Project Manager at Fortior Solutions, where responsibilities include overseeing the full life cycle of project and product management, ensuring operational efficiency for the Client Services Team, and coordinating both internal resources and vendor relations for strategic project execution. Prior to this role, Betty worked as a Project Manager at SureID, Inc. from March 2009 to 2014, where efforts focused on integrating lean concepts into departmental processes and enhancing client satisfaction through streamlined operational support procedures. Betty is an alumna of Portland Community College.
