Arthur McKinney is an experienced library and education professional currently serving as the LRC Manager and Hybrid Coordinator at FORTIS Colleges and Institutes since May 2023. Previously, Arthur held various pivotal roles, including Adult Services Department Head at Central Rappahannock Regional Library and University Librarian at Stratford University, where responsibilities ranged from supervising staff to managing library services across multiple campuses. With extensive experience in certification testing coordination, Arthur has also contributed to community colleges and university settings, enhancing academic resources and supporting faculty and student needs. Arthur McKinney holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Virginia Tech.
