Clay Coleman

Clay Coleman possesses extensive experience in higher education administration, currently serving as the Academic Dean at FORTIS Colleges and Institutes since January 2023. In this role, Coleman sets standards for educational quality and faculty development while promoting student success and career readiness. Prior to this, Coleman held the position of Director of Education for Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, where responsibilities included overseeing educational strategies and managing holistic programs. Additionally, Coleman served as the Director of Student Affairs at the University of Central Florida, providing leadership for Greek Life and Housing Development, and held various roles in Residential Life at Washington and Lee University and Southwestern University. Coleman holds an Education Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of West Florida, a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from The University of Texas at Austin, and a BA in Communication and Media Studies from Southwestern University.
