Krystan Mason

Krystan Mason, MBA, is an experienced professional in career services, currently serving as the Director of Career Services at FORTIS Colleges and Institutes since April 2022. Mason is also the Founder of The Career Culture, established in October 2020, which specializes in career consulting services aimed at enhancing employability through offerings such as resume and cover letter writing, soft skill development, and interview coaching. Prior to these roles, Mason worked as the Career Services Coordinator at Daymar College from December 2017 to April 2022. Mason holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Strayer University (2017-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in History from Tennessee State University (2009-2013).
