Christina York, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MBA, currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Inclusion at Fortis Construction, Inc., a position held since August 2022. Christina has a robust background in human resources, previously holding roles such as Chief Human Resources Officer and HR Director at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, and Vice President of Human Resources at Marsh USA Inc, where responsibilities included offering HR generalist support for a large region with 800 employees. Christina’s leadership extends to various volunteer roles, including past president and board member positions with the Portland Human Resource Management Association and the Oregon State Council. Educational credentials include a master's degree in Organizational Development from Marylhurst University and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University, complemented by an international business student exchange program at the University of Technology Sydney.
