Novy Dhillon is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in the gaming industry, currently serving as Technical Director and Technical Producer at Fortis Games since May 2024. Previously, Novy held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Riot Games from October 2019 to January 2024, where responsibilities included team chartering, roadmapping, and developing KPIs to enhance team performance and software quality. As Studio Technical Director at LBC Studios from January 2018 to May 2019, Novy led the hiring process and implemented agile methodologies for game development. Novy's career began with roles at Electronic Arts, where notable contributions included strategic visioning as a Lead Engineer and co-op positions focusing on software development and automation.
