Dr. Partha Bikash Ghosh

Dr. Partha Bikash Ghosh has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in quality assurance and accreditation. Dr. Partha Bikash has worked at Fortis Healthcare as the Head Quality - Team Leader Medical Admin_Quality since April 2023. Prior to that, they held a role at Medica Superspecialty Hospital in Kolkata from December 2020 to March 2023, where they devised and established quality procedures and ensured compliance with NABH 5th Edition Standards. Dr. Partha Bikash also worked as a Dental Surgeon at Dr Ghosh Dental and Eye Care from December 2016 to December 2020, and as a Dentist at Greenview Clinic Pvt Ltd from December 2016 to October 2018. Additionally, they gained experience as a Patient Safety & Quality Intern at ILS Hospitals from November 2019 to January 2020, where they conducted active/open file auditing.

Dr. Partha Bikash Ghosh completed their Bachelor of Dental Science (BDS) degree in Dentistry at The West Bengal University of Health Sciences, Kolkata, from 2010 to 2015. Dr. Partha Bikash then pursued a Master of Hospital Administration - Quality degree in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management at The West Bengal University of Health Sciences, Kolkata, from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications including Risk Management & Register Implementation from AACI America in 2023, Internal Surveyor from AACI India in 2023, and a MicroCert - World Quality Week 2022 Theme Awareness from Quality Gurus Inc. in 2022. Dr. Partha Bikash has also attended several other training programs and obtained certifications related to quality improvement, healthcare management, and dental consulting.
