Richa Singh Debgupta has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Richa Singh started their career at Hinduja Hospital where they led marketing and branding initiatives. Richa Singh then worked at Narayana Health as an Operations Manager, responsible for turning around a center. Following this, they joined Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited, where they held the positions of Senior Manager and AGM, overseeing the setup and management of retail operations for The Apollo Clinic in various regions. Most recently, they have been working at Fortis Healthcare, starting as a Facility Director and then progressing to roles such as Zonal Director, Group Head of Operational Excellence and Strategy, Vice President of Operations, and currently serving as the Chief of Strategy & Operations, overseeing multiple locations and strategic functions. Throughout their career, Richa has demonstrated their ability to drive operational excellence, achieve profitability, and provide strategic guidance to organizations.

Richa Singh Deb Gupta completed their Bachelor of Science in Audiology and Speech from Ali Yavar Jung National Institute For The Hearing Handicapped from 1993 to 1996. In 1998, they pursued their Master's in Hospital & Healthcare Administration from IIHMR University, which they completed in 2000. In 2017, they attended the Indian School of Business for a Management Development Program in Transformational leadership. Additionally, in 2014, they obtained a certification in Leadership Training for Senior Management from Fortis Healthcare's Leadership School of Excellence (LSE).
