Fortis Mining Engineering and Manufacturing is comprised of 6 divisions; Mining, Engineering, Manufacturing & Fabrication, Health & Safety, Equipment Testing & Re-certification and Mechanical Services. 

We have achieved and maintained ISO 9001 Quality Management, 14001 Environmental Management and OHSAS 18001 Health & Safety Management Certifications. ISO helps Fortis Mining Engineering and Manufacturing to continuously improve our processes which results in increased efficiencies that are passed along to our customers. 

Fortis Mining Engineering and Manufacturing offers a wide range of services to the mining and construction industries; from exploration drilling, mine development, steel erection, piling, and concrete work to decommissioning. We perform site assessments and create safe work procedures to complete jobs.

Our manufacturing facilities offer machining and welding services as part of a complete fabrication process. In-house engineering and drafting enable us to design and develop custom solutions quickly and efficiently. We also own a re-certification facility for testing a wide range of equipment and tools.
