Greg Cohen has extensive experience in the payments and commerce industry. Greg currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Fortis, where they lead the development of embedded payments technology solutions. Prior to this role, Greg was the Executive Chairman at Fortis.

In addition to their work at Fortis, Greg has held various leadership positions. Greg served as an Operating Partner at Lovell Minnick Partners LLC, where they provided strategic guidance and support. Greg also worked as an Investment & Advisory at PayXAdvisory, where they advised and invested in organizations in the payments, software, technology, and commerce sectors.

Greg's previous roles include serving as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at Currency, where they played a key role in transforming the lending and payments experience in the equipment market. Greg was also the President at Paya, a company focused on integrated commerce and payments technology. Additionally, Greg served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at iPayment, Inc., a prominent payment processor and merchant acquirer.

Further, Greg held the position of Chief Strategy & Revenue Officer at Cayan LLC, a payments technology company. Greg also served as the General Manager & Senior Vice President at Verifone, where they led VeriFone Commerce Solutions and North America's payments-as-a-service initiatives. Prior to that, Greg was the President of Moneris, one of the largest acquirers in the United States.

Greg Cohen earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Math & Economics from Emory University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Greg later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Strategy at The George Washington University School of Business, attending from 1994 to 1996.
