Caleb Kelley has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Caleb began their career at Central Freight Lines as a Dispatcher in 1999. Caleb then worked at AT&T as a Customer Service Sales Representative in 2003. Caleb joined T-Mobile in 2006, where they served as a Retail Sales Leader. During their time at T-Mobile, they created a successful "hold tactic" that improved team urgency and decreased call time. In 2011, Caleb joined Expedia, Inc. as the Expedia Virtual Card Support Lead, where they developed and implemented a new process that increased department-wide productivity. Caleb was awarded the "Flying Smart Award" for their contributions. Following that, Caleb worked at ROi Resource Optimization & Innovation as a Supply Chain Customer Support Manager. In this role, they led the Customer Support team and implemented a new CRM system, Salesforce, increasing team efficiency. Caleb later joined Windstream Enterprise as a Supervisor of Trouble Resolution. Most recently, they joined Fortis in 2018. Caleb has held various positions at Fortis, including Global Travel Consultant, Salesforce Platform Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Systems.

Caleb Kelley completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Pastoral Theology from Baptist Bible College between 1998 and 2002.
