Andrea Scheelar

Andrea Scheelar, CPHR, CEC, currently serves as Senior Advisor, Talent & Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at FortisAlberta, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Andrea was President of SSB Consulting Inc. from July 2018 to August 2023 and held consulting roles at Salopek & Associates Ltd. from November 2018 to September 2021. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Horizon North Logistics Inc., where responsibilities encompassed recruitment and HR systems, and at Deloitte Canada, focusing on talent management and change management. With a strong background in organizational development from roles at ATCO Group and General Dynamics Canada, Andrea's educational credentials include a BA in Communications from the University of Calgary and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University.
