Victoria Stamper

Victoria Stamper is a Meter Data Management Technologist at FortisAlberta since November 2013. Prior to this role, Victoria worked as a Research Intern at the Institute of Microelectronics Technology and High Purity Materials, Russian Academy of Science, where involvement included research on methods to improve LED efficiency, focusing on semiconductor physics and optoelectronics. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), completed in 2013.
