Jon Wells

Jon Wells currently serves as the Operations and Maintenance Manager at Fortistar Methane Group / Opal Fuels since July 2021, while also holding the position of Technical Service Representative at Silgan Closures since July 2016. Prior to these roles, Jon completed a distinguished 27-year career in the US Navy, where roles included Squadron EDMC, Sub Group Two Engineering Department Master Chief, and Engineering Watch Supervisor. Jon's military experience involved oversight, training, and mentorship on multiple submarine commands and nuclear propulsion plant operations. Jon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management and Services from The New School.
