Steven Smith

Steven Smith has a diverse work experience in the IT field, starting with their current role as Assistant Vice President of IT Operations at Fortitude Re since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of IT Operations at Salus from June 2020 to March 2021. Before that, they worked at Touchstone Medical Imaging as the Manager of IT Support Services from March 2017 to May 2020. Steven's career began in 2012 as a Desktop Engineer at eviCore healthcare, where they provided technical support and demonstrated a cooperative and positive approach to their tasks. Steven further honed their skills as a Technical Support Specialist at Hartford Provisions Company from September 2004 to January 2012.

Steven Smith earned a Diploma in Information Technology from Branford Hall Career Institute-Southington Campus in 2010. In 2023, they enrolled in Western Governors University and obtained a Masters of IT Management degree with a focus on Information Technology in 2025.
