Michael Bevels

Michael Bevels has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michael is currently the Editor of BimmerLife.com at the BMW Car Club of America, starting in May 2022. Previously, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Fortitude Technologies, LLC since December 2014. From March 2020 to December 2022, they served as the Co-Editor of NCC BMW CCA magazine at the BMW Car Club of America, National Capital Chapter. Prior to that, they were a Software Program Manager at Near Infinity Corporation from October 2007 to December 2014. Michael also worked as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from January 2005 to October 2007, and as a QA Engineer at America Online from May 2001 to January 2005.

Michael Bevels obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, which they attended from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the Cloudera Certified Developer for Apache Hadoop CCDH certification in May 2013.
