McKenzie Rude

McKenzie Rude, MBA, currently serves as the Compliance Communications and Training Manager at Fortive, where responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of global compliance training and communication initiatives. Prior to this role, McKenzie held various positions at Boston Scientific, culminating in the role of Manager of Compliance Communications and Training, where leadership of a team focused on creating comprehensive global communication strategies was key. McKenzie’s earlier experiences included managing compliance training efforts and a remote team of Contract Administrators, alongside significant contributions as a Senior Contract Administrator and Contract Facilitator in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division. McKenzie earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix, along with a B.S. in Business Management and an A.A. in Journalism, Graphic Design, and Bible from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
