Darby Gracey

Darby Gracey currently serves as the Senior Director of Communications and Community Relations at FORTNA since May 2024. Previously, Gracey was the Global Director of Workplace Strategy and Communications at Interface from January 2018 to January 2024, where efforts focused on enhancing organizational culture and employee experience. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Global Internal Communications at Interface, Alumni Relations Manager at EY, Manager of Alumni Student Programs at the Georgia Tech Alumni Association, Coordinator of Greek Affairs at Georgia Institute of Technology, and Judicial Officer at the University of Southern California. Gracey holds a Master's Degree in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Florida State University.
