Shivam Shah is a highly experienced technology professional with over a decade of expertise in software program management and development within the logistics automation sector. Currently serving as the Director of Software Program Management at FORTNA since May 2024, Shivam previously held the role of Director of CS Software Services at Swisslog from January 2012 to May 2024, where responsibilities included managing a significant budget and overseeing the development of customer service software. With a solid foundation in agile practices, project management, and customer relations, Shivam has successfully led diverse teams and implemented complex warehouse management solutions for notable clients. Shivam holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and Technology from Old Dominion University, complemented by early experience in web development and engineering internships.
