Amy Zolla

Amy Zolla is an experienced professional in technical support and customer service, currently serving as the Director of Technical Support for Infrastructure Protection and Data Security at Fortra since June 2016. Prior roles at Fortra include Senior Customer Support Manager and Manager of Customer Support. Prior to joining Fortra, Zolla worked at Core Security as Lead Technical Customer Support Engineer and Customer Experience Engineer, and at Bit9 as Operations & Projects Coordinator, Training and Client Services Administrator, and Training Administrator.
