Garo Avakian

Garo Avakian is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in analyzing, developing, and enhancing software applications. Currently serving as Senior Engineer and Automate Escalations Team Lead at Fortra since September 2015, Garo is responsible for analyzing requirements and preparing designs for product features. Prior roles include Software Developer at Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC, where Garo focused on application maintenance and SQL optimization, and Software Engineer at Conversion Systems, where Garo worked on e-commerce web projects. Additional experience includes roles at Amadeus IT Group, MENT, and KnowLgica, where Garo contributed to the implementation of e-commerce solutions, supervised development teams, and designed innovative tools. Garo Avakian holds a BS in Information Technology Engineering from Damascus University.
