Aditi Khurana

Aditi Khurana has substantial experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as an Associate Manager in Global Talent Acquisition at Fortrea since May 2023. Prior to this role, Aditi held similar positions at Labcorp Drug Development from September 2017 to April 2023, where responsibilities included being an Associate Manager and a Senior Regional Recruitment Specialist and Talent Advisor. Aditi also worked at ClinChoice as a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition from February 2016 to August 2017 and began a career in recruitment at US Tech Solutions from September 2013 to February 2016 as a Senior Recruiter and Recruiter. Earlier experience includes an internship at HCL Technologies in early 2013. Aditi holds a PGDBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University (2009-2013).
