Dan Ray currently serves as Director of Business Development at Fortrea, where responsibilities include connecting with European Biotech and Biopharma leaders to enhance clinical development across various therapeutic areas. With a notable performance record, Dan achieved 155% of the target in 2022 and 151% in 2023, earning the Shining Star Sales Achievement award twice and the President’s Club recognition for inside sales excellence. Prior to Fortrea, Dan worked at PRA Health Sciences as a Project Associate, leading project teams in late-phase clinical trials, and received a Special Recognition of Performance Award in 2020. Previous experience also includes a role as Residential Sales Negotiator at Dawsons Swansea Estate Agents and volunteer service as Officer Cadet in the Royal Air Force.
