Miroslaw Dudek

Miroslaw (Mirek) Dudek currently serves as Associate Director of Change Management at Fortrea, where responsibilities include designing change management strategies and leading initiatives in global programs, notably the global Site Readiness Transformation. Previously, Mirek held various leadership positions, including Senior Manager at Silfra Consulting and Global Lead for Change Management and Communications at Mars. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Mirek has contributed to significant change management and communication projects, such as the launch of HR Shared Services and the integration of change management methodologies in major transformations. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the University of Warsaw, among other degrees in linguistics and human resources management.
