Sandra Applegarth

Sandra Applegarth, Pharm D, CDR, currently serves as a Clinical Pharmacist at Fortrea since January 2024 and has been a Hospital Pharmacist at Halifax Health since April 2022. Previously, Sandra worked with CVS Health as part of the COVID-19 Vaccine Team from December 2020 to May 2022 and held the position of Director of Rx at PetIQ from December 2016 to December 2020. Earlier in the career, Sandra was a Hospital Pharmacist at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center from 2007 to December 2016 and at Womack Army Medical Center from 2006 to 2007. Sandra obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Science from Florida State University.
