Bryan Helton

Bryan Helton has extensive experience in production and operations management, with a current role as Continuous Improvement Facilitator at Fortress Building Products since October 2016. Previously, Bryan held various positions including Production Control Manager, Lead, and Coordinator at O'Neil from May 2013 to October 2016. Bryan began a career in business management seeking entry-level opportunities in the Dallas area between August 2012 and May 2013. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Design and Packaging Specialist at Esselte (formerly American Pad and Paper LLC) from August 2006 to July 2012, where contributions included successful product rebranding strategies and significant cost reductions. Bryan also worked at American Pad and Paper LLC from November 1989 to July 2006 in roles such as Cost Engineer and Production Supervisor, facilitating substantial process improvements and overseeing production teams. Bryan's educational background includes studies at Collin College and Rose State College, and graduating from Windsor High School.
