Josh Willis

Josh Willis has a strong background in procurement and supply chain management. Josh most recently worked as the Director of Global Sourcing at Fortress Building Products starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they held senior managerial positions at II-VI Incorporated, where they were responsible for indirect procurement and services from March 2020 to February 2022, and global procurement and supply chain from May 2017 to March 2020. Before II-VI Incorporated, they served as the Global Sourcing and Planning Manager at Ashland Hardware Systems from June 2014 to April 2017. Josh also has experience as a Commodity Manager at Overhead Door Corporation from March 2012 to June 2014, and as a Supply Chain Manager at L-3 Communications from August 2006 to March 2012. Josh began their career as a Commodity Manager at Alcatel-Lucent from May 2005 to August 2006.

Josh Willis completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University, from 1991 to 1996. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Product Life Cycle and Supply Chain Management from The University of Texas at Dallas, from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management from the Institute for Supply Management, Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS, and Lean Six Sigma from the University of Texas at Dallas.
