Bessy Clarke

Bessy Clarke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and implementation within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Senior Customer Success Lead at Fortress Information Security since January 2022, Bessy has progressed through several engineering roles, including Senior Implementation Engineer and Implementation Engineer. Prior to this, Bessy was the Office Manager at Mop A Glow, where responsibilities included managing operations for a cleaning company serving over 200 clients in the New Orleans area. Bessy holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Nicholls State University and completed a program at Flatiron School.
