Austin Parker

Austin Parker has diverse work experience, starting in 2018 as a Finance Staffer for Edmondson for Governor. In 2019, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Valero Energy Corporation, where they implemented a successful arbitrage strategy and identified a significant investment opportunity. Austin then joined The Ronnie K. Irani Center for the Creation of Economic Wealth as a Consulting Associate in 2019. Moving on to i2E, Inc. in 2020, Austin worked as a Venture Capital Analyst, conducting due diligence on early-stage deals and advising founders on product development and GTM strategy. In the same year, they also founded Nexus.xyz. In 2021, Austin joined Carta, where they held various roles, including Institutional Investors and Emerging Managers. During their time at Carta, they were involved in several key projects, such as supporting international domiciles, launching valuation update features, defining requirements for crypto investment accounting, and participating in the initial launch of Open to Fundraising feature. Austin was successful in exceeding sales quota and generating a significant portion of total qualified ARR for the company. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Member of the Mastermind Network at Primary Venture Partners. Austin is currently working as a Product Manager at Fortress IO, starting in 2023.
