Charlie Birch

Charlie Birch is the HR guy at Fortress Safety. Charlie has a long history of working in HR, dating back to their first job as a Human Resources Administrator at Davies Group in 2017. Charlie has since held positions as an HR Assistant, Coordinator, and Associate at the company. In May 2021, they left Davies Group to take on the role of Human Resources Administrator at CILEX. Charlie held this position until July 2021, when they left to take their current position at Fortress Safety.
