Vipul Soni is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in senior financial leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Fortrex Solutions since June 2023, Vipul previously held the same title at ServiceMaster from January 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing financial management for a leading franchise provider of residential and commercial services. Prior to ServiceMaster, Vipul was Managing Director at Brynwood Partners for nearly nine years, focusing on financial oversight and investments in the consumer sector. Vipul also gained significant experience at Procter & Gamble, where roles included Mergers and Acquisitions Associate Director and Category Finance Manager, as well as serving on the Advisory Board for the Nicolas Center for Corporate Finance & Investment Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
