With previous experience as the Head of People at Hallam and Head of People Operations at Blue Array SEO, Sean has a strong background in guiding and developing teams, implementing HR best practices, and fostering company culture. Sean's career in SEO and content management spans several roles in various companies such as torpedo, Generate UK, Marketing Signals, and Mediacom North. Sean holds a BA Hons in Journalism from the University of Chester.
