Tom Pelc has worked for a variety of companies since 1988. Tom began their career as an Analyst/Data Programmer for Leyland Bus (Volvo) in 1988, followed by a role as Senior Technical Analyst for Standard and Poors Ratings in 1990. In 1997, Tom moved to Merrill Lynch as a Senior Technical Strategist. Tom then joined Othon Investment (Hedge Fund) as a Portfolio Manager in 1999. In 2001, Tom became the Head of Technical Strategy for Natwest Markets & International Banking (RBS). After 10 years in the role, they moved to Nomura Securities as Former Managing Director Co Head of Macro Technical Strategy in 2011. In 2015, Tom took on the role of Investment Consultant for THE COIN CABINET leading auction house and investment co specialising in Gold coins. Most recently, in 2019, they founded PELC ENTERPRISES LTD and currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer for Fortu Wealth.
Tom Pelc's education history includes studying Business Information Technology at Lancashire University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.). Tom also attended a polish school from 1974 to 1980, where they studied Polish culture and language. Prior to this, they attended Kings Acre Primary School from 1971 to 1977, and Elliott School Pullman Gardens Putney. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: a Certified Technical Analyst (CFTe) from The International Federation of Technical Analysts (IFTA), and a MSTA Diploma in Technical Analysis from Society Of Technical Analysts Limited.
