Dinuka Perera

Dinuka Perera is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Fortude since September 2024. Dinuka holds the position of Chairman, Board Audit Committee Chairman, and Independent Non-Executive Director at Mercantile Investments and Finance PLC, which operates as a licensed finance company in Sri Lanka. Previous roles include Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at MillenniumIT ESP, and General Manager - Finance at AkzoNobel, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting, budgeting, and team leadership. Dinuka has also contributed as a visiting lecturer at prestigious institutions such as the Oxford College of Business and CA Sri Lanka Business School. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, Fellow Chartered Accountant, and membership in CIMA and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
