Elena Tomovska

Elena Tomovska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and execution within the energy sector. Currently serving as Director and Department Head of Project Management and Execution at Fortum since May 2019, Elena leads investment and customer projects in the nuclear industry. Previous roles include Group Manager positions in Project Delivery and PMO, overseeing large-scale modernization projects and managing project teams. Elena's background includes experience as a Development Engineer at Wärtsilä, where digital tools for commissioning were developed, as well as engineering roles at KTM Proekt, Promoplan Technical Services, Turboengineering, and AD ESM, focusing on HVAC systems and mechanical engineering. Academically, Elena holds a Master’s degree in Energy Systems and another in Project Management, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Automation and Fluid Dynamics.
