Erika Hakala

Erika Hakala is a Service Recovery Specialist at Fortum since March 2023 and previously held the role of Business Sales Negotiator. Prior experience includes various positions at Kafe Koma from October 2021 to March 2023, such as Hostess, Social Media Manager, Bartender, and Event Organizer. Erika also worked as a Sales Associate at Wolt for a brief period in mid-2021 and as a Sales Team Member at Promotion Point and Kareta oy in early 2020 and mid-2019, respectively.
