Jarkko Toroska

Jarkko Toroska has extensive work experience in finance and business control. Jarkko started their career in 1994 at Fortum, where they held various roles including Vice President of Finance and Business Control, Vice President of Business Control Centre, M&A Executive Lead, Vice President Finance (CFO position), Head of Division Control and Head of Business Control (CFO position), Manager of Business Controllers, Deputy Function Head, Function Controller (CFO position), and Financial Manager (CFO position). In these positions, they were responsible for financial management, business reporting, project management, and leading teams. After leaving Fortum, they joined Steveco Oy as a Member of the Board of Directors, where they bring their CFO background and focuses on sustainability and digitalization. Jarkko also served as a Member of the Board of Directors for ELINI, a Belgian insurance association, and OKG AB, an energy group. These experiences have provided him with a diverse range of skills and expertise in finance and leadership.

Jarkko Toroska obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in economics from the University of Turku from 1991 to 1996. Jarkko also acquired a certification in "Ownership and Board Work" training from Boardman Oy in 2015.
