Jorge Bou

Jorge Bou is an experienced professional in channel management and commercial leadership, currently serving as the Responsable Canales Directo e Indirecto at Gana Energía since January 2021, where responsibilities include the development and management of both direct and indirect channels. Prior to this role, Jorge held various managerial positions at Telefónica from December 2010 to December 2020, where skills in team leadership, customer service, project management, and KPI analysis were honed. Jorge also has a strong educational background, holding an Executive Master of Business Administration from EDEM Escuela de Empresarios and a certification in Coaching from Instituto Europeo de Coaching, complementing extensive experience in sales and customer engagement from earlier roles.
