Juha Erholm

Juha Erholm has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Senior Advisor to the CEO at Fortum since 2007, where involvement with the Executive Leadership Team focuses on decision-making and setting priorities. Previous roles at Fortum include Head of Finance for Heating & Cooling, overseeing decarbonization initiatives and financial operations in Finland, Ireland, the Baltics, and Poland from 2020 to 2021, and Head of Business Control for eNext, a global business providing maintenance and performance services for plant owners. Additionally, as Head of Risk and Compliance for European Divisions and Trading, Juha managed various market and operational risks in power generation and commodity trading. Juha also served on the Board of Directors at Turun Seudun Energiantuotanto Oy and FORTUM O&M (UK) LIMITED, contributing to co-owned energy production initiatives. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Social Sciences, Economics from the University of Helsinki and studies at Ghent University.
