Laila Lydersen

Laila Lydersen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Relations for Fortum's Consumer Solutions in Norway, alongside roles as Vice President of Customer Engagement and Service, and Head of Customer Engagement and Service within the Nordic region. Prior to joining Fortum in 2018, Laila worked at NorgesEnergi AS for 18 years, holding various leadership positions including Head of Business Technology and Deputy Managing Director, focusing on business operations, regulatory compliance, and project management. Earlier roles at Hafslund and Hafslund Kundesenter AS further advanced Laila's expertise in customer operations and service. Laila holds an Executive Program certificate from Stanford University and a degree in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School.
