Martin Lerche

Martin Lerche is a Sales Manager at Fortum Nuclear Services, overseeing a portfolio of radioactive liquid waste management services since October 2021. Prior to this role, Martin served as Sales & Marketing Manager at Palonot Oy, where a sustainable fire retardant solution was developed for wood products. Martin’s experience at Fortum includes roles as Product Manager for NURES®, where customer collaboration was key in liquid waste treatment solutions, and as a Process Design Engineer focusing on radioactive waste treatment systems. Additional experience includes an M.Sc. thesis on energy-efficient Mineral Wool Production at Paroc Group and involvement in various projects within the oil refining industry during a trainee position at Neste Jacobs. Martin holds a Master of Science in Process Engineering and Industrial Management from Åbo Akademi University.
